We put in a lot of love and care into making each and every single of our #doodleonfabric pieces. As company policy, we do not provide refund on any product sold. You can get an exchange for a replacement or get credit note. If by any chance, the size doesn’t fit or we have missed a spot, we would be more than happy to send you a replacement on our own expense. You can inform us via Messenger or mail us at [email protected] and someone from our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the whole process. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, and the care label is intact. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

WEARHOUSE reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

2. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exchanges can be done with SALE products as well.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

You must inform us within 3 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to [email protected] or contact us via messenger with order number and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have contacted us, we will send delivery personnel to your given address with the exchanged products or to pick up the returned product. In either case and additional delivery charge will be added.
